• Starting 2nd grade
• Repeating a grade level

Entering kindergarten this August Please complete this form. Since your child is currently in a class with some 4- and 5-year-olds that will NOT be starting school, this form helps us know which children to promote to Kindergarten. Starting 2nd grade in August They will receive a Bible during any of the three worship services on this day. If your child is repeating a grade level Please complete this form. We will automatically move all kids to their new grade in the check-in system. By completing this form you will help us place them in the correct grade and avoid any uneasiness during check-in.
