Each volunteer will receive a free t-shirt. Please wear your shirt each evening to help parents and kids identify their leaders.

Please Note: Graduated 5th graders are not eligible to be student volunteers. We understand you are excited about stepping into new roles, so invite you to register as a Vacation Bible School participant and encourage you to connect with us about ways you can serve in Providence KIDS on Sunday mornings.

Please select the position(s) you are willing to serve and we will place you where there is the greatest need. Select all that apply.
- Grade School Helper, all nights, June 3 - 6: Helps manage a group of up to 20 children through their rotations. Helps keep track and count kids before, during, and after rotation times.
- Grade School Leader, all nights, Jun 3 - 6, must be 18 years of age or older: Manages and leads a group of up to 20 children through their rotations. Responsible for checking kids in and having parents initial the roster to sign them out.
- Preschool Helper, all nights, June 3 - 6: Helps manage a group of up to 20 children through their rotations. Helps keep track and count kids before, during, and after rotation times.
- Preschool Leader, all nights, Jun 3 - 6, must be 18 years of age or older: Manages and leads a group of up to 20 children through their rotations. Responsible for checking kids in and having parents initial the roster to sign them out.
- Matthew's Ministry Team, all nights, Jun 3 - 6: This ministry is for children who may need assistance with motor, communication, hearing, social activities, etc. You will be paired with one child and assist them as they navigate through their rotations.
- Games Team, all nights, Jun 3 - 6: Help children in their recreation activities, reset materials between rotations, assist with clean up. All activities and supplies provided.
- Craft Team, all nights, Jun 3 - 6: Help children with their crafts, reset materials between rotations, and assist with clean up. All crafts are provided and prepped.
- Worship Audio Visual Team, all nights, June 3 - 6: Youth Position for Providence Students who have been trained in this position by the Worship Staff.
- Registration Team, Monday, Jun 3: Arrive by 4:30 PM to prepare for opening registration at 5:00 PM.
- I'm flexible and can help anywhere.

Volunteer Childcare
If you have children that are not eligible to participate in Vacation Bible School (2023 - 2024 School Year Preschool 2 class and younger), childcare will be available each evening.
