If you or a loved one are in need of immediate care after office hours (M-Th 8:30-4:00) or on the weekend, call 629.200.7216 and your call will be returned as soon as possible, or you can email our Care Team at care@prov.church. All prayer requests are held in confidence and shared with our Pastoral Care Team.
