Compassionate Hands Unhoused Ministry
Sheltering those in Wilson County experiencing homelessness during the cold winter months.
More than 30 Wilson County churches are working together to provide emergency shelters during the cold winter months, Dec 2, 2021 – Mar 11, 2022. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we will be unable to host people at Providence Church. Rather, shelters are being formed at two main locations in order to comply with CDC guidelines for the unhoused community. Since 2013, Compassionate Hands has provided 10,089 beds with prayer, friendship, meals, clothing, and toiletries. Thank you for volunteering to serve this 2021/2022 season.
