Be Gentle with Yourself
During times of uncertainty, it is normal to have fears or to experience emotions that we typically do not. Our brains are trying to process what is going on. Be gentle with yourself. Give yourself the permission to feel what you feel. Remember this...you are not alone!
Spring Has Sprung!
During this time of changing seasons, it's good to go outside and notice all the ways that you see life blooming around you. Exposure to sunlight is known to increase the brain’s release of a hormone called serotonin. Serotonin helps boost our mood and helps us feel calm and focused. Practice social distancing while also waving at your neighbors.
