Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a ministry of the church that dates back to the early desert fathers and mothers. We seek companions and guides along our journey of faith through individual spiritual direction and/or group spiritual direction. Spiritual Directors are those who have received professional certification in: deep listening, spiritual practices and theological training.

Typically you meet once a month with a spiritual director for one hour. The number of sessions is determined by you in consultation with the director. Fees are set by each spiritual director, with some offering sliding scales and half hour sessions.
