Local School Support - Rutland Elementary Reading Buddies
Description: Reading Buddies are needed for students at Rutland Elementary!
Details: Reading Buddies will report to Rutland Elementary on Wednesdays from 7:50-8:35am and/or 8:40- 9:25am. Reading Buddies may be reading one-on-one with a student or reading with a few students. The first Wednesday will start March 14 and the last Wednesday for the spring quarter will be May 17.
Local School Support - Teacher Encouragement and Care
Description: Help encourage our local educators!
Details: Providence Church is excited to support our local school staff and faculty this spring! Volunteers are needed to help with teacher encouragement as well as care projects and events, especially during state testing season in April and Teacher Appreciation Week in May! If you are interested in serving the staff at our local schools this spring, please fill out the form below.
Mt. Juliet Help Center
Description: Help with our monthly food collection for the Mt. Juliet Help Center!
Details: Volunteers needed to help pass out bags, load and unload the box truck and collect and organize food donations during Sunday services this spring. Please see the form below for volunteer opportunities.
Disaster Relief Team
Description: Join us for a Disaster Relief Team interest meeting.
Details: Providence Church is putting together a Disaster Relief Team in hopes of supporting communities who have been affected by natural disasters and crisis situations. If you are interested in learning more about this team, join us for a Disaster Relief Team interest meeting in the Training Room on Sun, Mar 19 at 9:00 or 10:30am to get more information.
Nicaragua Mission Trip Interest Meeting
Description: Join us for a Nicaragua mission trip interest meeting.
Details: Providence Church is proud of our longstanding relationship with El Porvenir. We have taken several teams to Nicaragua to help support the great work El Porvenir is doing there. We are thrilled about the opportunity to go visit the El Sauce area of Nicaragua this August! Please join us for a mission trip interest meeting in the Training Room on Sun, April 30 at 9:00 or 10:30am.
