This series we will have a special focus on defining healthy boundaries along with many core classes returning.

Tuesday Evening Schedule

5:30 – 6:00 Qi Gong *
6:30 Worship
6:45 Classes

*A 30-minute holistic session of coordinated movements, gentle exercises, breathing, and meditation used for purposes of health and spirituality.

Classes This Series

Led by licensed counselors, therapists, spiritual directors, or trained facilitators.

* $7 suggested donation for classes requiring a book.

 

Boundaries or Boundaries for Youth (Middle and High School) *
Learn the benefits of healthy boundaries and how to establish them in such a way to honor God, ourselves and others.

Journey to Freedom *
Your start to a lifetime of hope, health, and happiness. Identify and begin to change the things in your life that keep you from fulfilling your purpose.

Journey to Freedom Through Cancer *
For all cancer survivors led by survivors. Explore who you are after and during a journey through cancer, and discuss healing our bodies, minds and spirits.

Breathing Under Water *
For anyone who seeks greater freedom and wholeness, this class offers 12 steps to apply to our lives, hurts, and habits.

Meditation
Tending Your Relationship with God through Meditation.

Divorce Adjustment
Focuses on finding help and healing from the hurt of separation and divorce. Here you will find support, learn tools for living forward and a reminder that you are not alone!

Alive Hospice Grief Support Group
This group is for anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one, usually within the past two years. This group is a safe setting where you can connect with others who have experienced loss, and find encouragement from others who understand.

Boundaries for Kids (2nd – 5th grade)
Helping children learn safe and healthy boundaries for their physical, emotional and spiritual beings.

PAL – Parents of Addicted Loved Ones
Parents of Addicted Loved Ones: Provides hope and support through addiction education for parents dealing with an addicted loved one of any age.
