Habitat for Humanity Home Build

Constructing Homes for Wilson County Residents

Grab your hammer and your hard hat! Each year we join other area churches in the Habitat for Humanity Faith Build to construct a home for a Wilson County family. Habitat for Humanity provides homes for low-income individuals and families who have been chosen by the Habitat team. Selected homeowners will have attended financial planning classes, donated sweat equity during the building of the home, and will pay a mortgage upon move-in.

How You Can Serve

Not a DIY or construction pro? No problem. All skill levels are welcome.

Time Commitment

One full weekend day (8:00 am–3:00 pm)

Specific Requirements

Must be 16 years of age to participate.

Habitat for Humanity Provides

A new hat, gloves, and eyewear.
